Presentation Guidelines

Speakers are strongly encouraged to have an accessible back-up copy of their presentation at the Conference. Speakers are to arrive at the speaker area at least 1 hour prior to the allocated presentation time. This is to ensure your presentation is uploaded and tested.

If you wish to use the function laptop to present from presentations for lectures must be completed in Microsoft Power Point. Should your presentation be in Mac format, it is imperative that this be converted to PC format prior to arrival at the conference.

Registration

The success of any scientific program undoubtedly relies heavily on the dedication of colleagues like you, who generously contribute your time to prepare and present. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide financial support for attending the meeting. This invitation to present does not include coverage for travel, parking, or accommodation costs. Regarding registration, if you wish to attend the remainder of the NSC, we recommend taking advantage of early bird discounts. Alternatively, if you prefer not to attend the entire conference, we can arrange a pass for your specific session only.
